I very much this shot. Everything is working well together; colors, elements in the frame, the expression of the pretty girl and even her body language!

Is it me or is the whole photo out of focus? with a X1 I'd expect the AF to focus on her, being the closest subject. Other than focus it's a nice image, she looks very italian and the dress is somewhat revealing

Lovely composition and timing, for me the focus is a little off too but it doesn't detract from the image

Thanks! You are correct with regards to focus, its a little off. Since this was a street I walked with MF pre-set. If I were to use AF I would have missed this shoot.
