Pecole Posted October 27, 2015 Share #1  Posted October 27, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) When visiting friends in a small village in montainous and forestry Northern Portugal (Viseu district), we discovered that last week's activity nearly exclusively centered on chestnuts and mushrooms collecting. Here are two photos of chestnuts still hanging or already fallen in our friends'garden, a big mushroom discovered when walking around, and tons - yes : tons! - of mushrooms of all kinds offered for sale at a local Sunday market. Needless to say : we abused of these products-based local gastronomy...   Welcome, dear visitor!
