I read that all video is APC sensor size, please confirm. 2- Do we have full manual control of shutter/iris during video recording? 3- Do we have full manual focus? 4- do we have manual audio levels during recording (not just before)? 5- Can we shoot 1080 at 24fps? For our video world, the APSc sensor is good enough. The thing that gets me excited is the HDMI, 10 bit output to an external recorder. That is what we use the most. Sound for us is always double system, so, internal lousy sound is ok. What I really want to see is the quality of the signal delivered to an external monitor. Alberti Posted October 22, 2015 Share #4 Posted October 22, 2015 For an owner of R-lenses, I ponder, I would still very much appreciate the following: - a coupling to the lens that allows the lens to be used for focussing wide open while after pressing the release the lens stops down. This was a normal mechanical feature in analogue SLR but I think this is forgotten nowadays. ALPA was the first to offer a push down external coupling, a bit awkward of course. Digitization and application of miniaturized motor drives would not pose a big problem, quality could be as good as earlier coupling. The old SL had two versions of coupling, one providing more information to the body. There is no mention of such things; an adapter would have been easy and cheap - if designed from the start as part of the body architecture (having body-adapter electronics and adapter-lens mechanics). my 2¢ but too late I'm afraid. Is the MF ring on the 24-90 free spinning or does it have stops? is there anything like a focus scale in the top display when in MF mode? Can I zone focus without looking at the back display?
