Camera on its way back to Leica for its 3rd shutter in less than 12 months. Although I like the M240, if I had my time again I might choose a different product. My faith in Leica has evaporated, really disappointed with the reliability not sure what if eanything would restore the faith. To say I'm disappointed doesn't go anywhere near what I want to say, but I mustn't swear!

Not sure I’ll get a reply here, but was this ever solved?

My M-E 240 from late 2019 has started occasionally having a ‘weak’ shutter sound and a completely black frame to accompany it - same exposure settings as the frames on either side if made in quick succession!

Sad to hear, such a new camera.

Once it happens, it knocks confidence. It’s happened twice on my M240.
