Same here. „Systemerror OIS“ when I turn on the Q, every time. Changed card and battery without success

Is it a co-incidence that Panasonic cameras have exactly the same error? I would be looking for an undocumented service menu.

I purchased a Q-P during the summer. After 1 week of use, I started to get the system error message on every start up. My camera store suggested it be sent to Allendale for warranty work. It came back with a new lens assembly, autofocus calibration, general check and cleaning.

Have you solved the problem?

My Q is showing the same message. Camera was purchased 2.5 years ago .... out of warranty. Leica is asking for ~900€ to repair it.

I dont think this is fair.

Wow ~900€?! Do they say what exactly needs to be changed, is it the lens itself?

I already had to send my Q in once (1 year old) for repairs for this exact same issue.. a bit scary to think that this repair wouldn't be covered by them eventually.

Wanted to bump this thread. I just bought a used Q that is displaying this message. Any chance there's a fix other than sending to Leica?
