Do you shoot monochrome directly of the chamber?...

In RAW or JPG?--

 

It was a RAW from the D109 and with a higher Contrast from Silver Efex II.

A RAW image is always in color. No matter what you set at the camera. Except for a camera like the LEICA MONOCHROM. Here you can photograph RAW monochrome. In the converter, the image is then developed in B / W.
