Taken whilst walking through Brugge (Belgium) shortly after a rainstorm using the M9 and 35mm Summarit f2.8. I hope you like it!

I like this very much; a fine, well-dressed "modern" subject in stark contrast to the historic stonework textures. B & W was a good choice here.

P.S.  We see similar beards on the commerce streets here in San Francisco, but the owners are more likely dressed for a picnic. This man is sharp!

Amusing photo … Back in the early 60s in the UK when young men wore similar Italian style/cut suits, the short jackets were called, 'bum freezers' and the shoes were 'winkle pickers'. Looks like he may have a 'slim Jim' tie too? But back in the 60s few young men in the towns outside London would carry umbrellas … they were strictly for the luvvies but cannot mention the name used at that time.

I am slowly managing to get out more now, ands back in my usual coffee shop yesterday. I couldn't resist taking a candid image of this young lady at the counter because of her height. She must have been about 1.8 metres.

I've been working on a series of early morning cityscape images, mostly with my previous camera, a Fuji X100v, now, with a new Leica Q2 inhand and with a renewed enthusiasm I'm back on the early morning hunt. This is scene from a small industrial estate is my first with the Q2.

I did this pictures with a 3000 ws flash, because I didn't have any other flash. So It was very strong and I had to use a lot of ND Filters. But the way the Bowens renders the light is exceptional. This picture was taken with a canon. The camera that I worked with for over 7 years. Then I bought a Leica SL2s. And this camera is such a joy. I am having every day the nice event of hearing the shutter sound! It's very rewarding. thanxs
