What strap are you using for the Q?

I'm a fan of cross slings which can be cinched up on the move.

I just got today the Artisan & Artist ACAM-252
It's not that different than the strap that comes with the camera but it does have extra padding for the neck and protectorts for the ring connectors.

Uh, looks like people are willing to spend a lot of money for ugly looking and overpriced stuff... ;-)

I use a Gordy's wrist strap in black leather for 15$!

Hrrrmmmf... on the subject of OVERPRICED stuff ($15)

even these days I continue to use my 40yr+ old leg loop

I salvaged from my even then well-battered surfboard

cord leash. Every decade or so I've replaced, with new,

the stainless steel split ring . FWIW, during its four decade

current life, I also used that old leash for underwater lanterns

throughout my night S.C.U.B.A. operations. I have no doubt

that when Leica (eventually) cough up my Q it'll do nicely:-)
