3d look

Yes, I see that too on my MBP display, and besides that, it's one of the best portraits I have ever seen, taken with this lens. The way the skin is rendered is really very beautiful as is the moody black and white and the intimacy of the moment.

Geetee1972,  Your two photographs in post 2827 are superb.  Your portraits continue to reflect a unique look and invokes feeling.  IMO,  each of your photographs color, light and composition blend together to create a unique mood that causes a viewer think and feel something about this person.  Clearly, you are mastering the art of photography through the most important aspect of creating a superb photograph...that is Content.  Many photographers take photos, but few take the time to master creating outstanding photographs through content. It is content of the photograph and how it is rendered that causes a viewer to:  Stop, Look, Think and Feel something (with "feeling" being the most difficult aspect to convey in a photograph)  about both the subject and moment in time.  I know that I have mentioned this all before, but your creative ability is what separates you from someone who takes "mere photos" to a master who creates superb photographs.  Bravo to both you and your most excellent photographs...keep creating!   r/ Mark

Yes, he has a theme and a very unique way of photographing these people. That separates him from most of the other photos in this thread. Very nice work!
