Advertisement Posted May 21, 2007 Posted May 21, 2007 Hi kuddel, Take a look here A Little Red. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
azzo Posted May 21, 2007 Share #2 Posted May 21, 2007 Andreas, This image is very pleasing to the eye, and I can imagine it much larger. Everything fits perfectly..from the 2 people, the slanting hill, the trees, clouds and back to the people. Fantastic light and colours to round it up...Lovely. kuddel Posted May 22, 2007 Author Share #4 Posted May 22, 2007 Azzo, Stuart, thank you very much for your comments and advise for a larger version of the picture. I placed a larger one here, size etc ... according to forum rules and a version in original size on the webspace: http://home.mnet-online.de/weimanns/bluegreenred_large.jpg Maybe the larger versions need a more elaborate treatment concering noise and sharpness. I did just the same like the small one. Regards, Andreas
azzo Posted May 22, 2007 Share #5 Posted May 22, 2007 Andreas, I can only repeat what I had said..' This is Lovely '. Where was this fantastic image captured, if I may ask. Azzo
kuddel Posted May 22, 2007 Author Share #6 Posted May 22, 2007 Azzo, your are too kind showing interest for the location of the picture. I took it in Switzerland during a walk on some hills over the Lake of Zug (Zuger See), that is about 50 km south of Zurich. It was in early spring and you have a nice view to the central Alps from there, which is the opposite direction of the view in the picture. My wife and my mother (the two persons) enjoying this view while I took the picture from a lower point. Best Regards, Andreas
azzo Posted May 22, 2007 Share #7 Posted May 22, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Andreas, That is exactly why I asked the location. Your image took me back a number of years as it immediatly reminded me of a beautiful film I had watched, but can't remember the name. Azzo
kuddel Posted May 28, 2007 Author Share #8 Posted May 28, 2007 Azzo, I hope you will remember the name of the film one day. It is a pity and a pain when you can not remember a name of an actor or a film that you like, but sometimes it comes sudden back again. I am not aware that a movie was made in that region, but I am not particular familiar with films. Best Regards, Andreas
