Fabulous... Did u do in body cropping?

Nothing - full 28 mm.

Could be continued, if anybody wants it.

Although I do not have Q, I can vouch for the applicability of 28mm for portraits. I use 28mm cron and wide open it does blur the indoor background enough to be just identifiable. I am sure Q will do even better job being 1.7. Outdoors (when the background is even further away), a fast 28mm is perfectly suitable for portraits... and best for environmental portraits.... specially of loved ones who are so close to you (emotionally and physically). No need to stand at a distance.....with a longer lens :)

GREAT IMAGE!

Ive pretty much stopped reading the nonsense on this forum from the haters. The camera and lens are simply amazing and produce stunning images. Those that hate, are just trying to justify not buying one. All the BS about soft corners, distortion correction, on and on is just crazy. The camera performs, and is one of the best digital cameras Leica has ever produced. Cant wait for the next Q.

Hear hear. Those that want to take pictures of brick walls, graph paper and rulers can knock themselves out. They might see gross distortion in my photos that I don't notice but as long as I don't see them that's fine by me and the Q is just fine for my purposes.

It is and it is not. Eventually, I could slice bread with a fork if I wanted. Recently I went to a horse race with a Sigma DP3 Merrill and the shots reasonably in focus were really nice but the hit rate was probably 15% or so.

Interesting. I really like the first photo, there is a special 3D sense in it, great. For sure the Q is a great camera. I like to see photos from it, even if I'm not planning to buy one.

PS: of course never say never :-)
