I came across this doe and her fawn just south of Olympia, Washington, on a recent trip to the Pacific Northwest. It's nice when beautiful animals pose in beautiful surroundings.

Very nice Brent, I was thinking that your deer have a longer coat on them than our Texas deer and they probably do. We have an abundance of fawns here and with the rain there is ample food for the deer in our locale. When the wife and I walk at our weekend place, we count the deer we see. Our record is 104 for our 1 hour walk.
