spitfire Posted June 28, 2015 Share #1 Posted June 28, 2015 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, Just bought the Leica T and so disappointed to realise no timelapse. I thought it was a no brainer and didn't think to check! I was wondering what the purpose of the shuttle app is? I haven't been successful in hooking my wifi up to the app yet, but was wondering if it would be possibly to set the camera on a tripod and walk somewhere, maybe 10 metres away and use the iphone to shoot the photos? It's the next best thing, considering no time lapse. Edited June 28, 2015 by spitfire
Advertisement Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Hi spitfire, Take a look here New Leica T user - time lapse. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
FeralCoton Posted June 29, 2015 Share #2 Posted June 29, 2015 The iOS app is rather picky. Wi-Fi got better with the last firmware update but isn't that reliable. I've not had much success using the app to take photos. I do enjoy the camera though. Perhaps there will be another firmware update. There should be.
fastfashn Posted July 21, 2017 Share #3 Posted July 21, 2017 "shuttle app" ?
fastfashn Posted July 21, 2017 Share #4 Posted July 21, 2017 I'm hoping that Leica does... things... with the TL smartphone app. The T is a computer with a lens, you should be able to do all kinds of stuff with this system.
IkarusJohn Posted July 23, 2017 Share #5 Posted July 23, 2017 I've had no problems running the phone from the App (10 metres might be a stretch).
