stuny Posted May 20, 2007 Share #2 Posted May 20, 2007 Steve - Superb capture and composition. This is probably something the modern theologians would rather forget. It is probably a reference to superstition or animism. Lovely.

stunsworth Posted May 21, 2007 Author Share #10 Posted May 21, 2007 Thanks everyone. Keith, I may just have a go at printing this over the weekend - assuming the new printer has arrived by then. Andy, didn't see the Alice connections, what are they exactly? I do vaguely remember that there's supposed to be some odd statue there, but I couldn't find that either (maybe the fact that I can't remember what it is didn't help :-)
andybarton Posted May 21, 2007 Share #11 Posted May 21, 2007 In the choir screens are carvings of The Cheshire Cat, the March Hare and other characters. Lewis Carrol's father was Dean, IIRC, and he was inspired by these characters.
samwells Posted May 21, 2007 Share #12 Posted May 21, 2007 Very nice! Beautiful sparkle to the o-o-f areas, and great almost 3D effect. cheers: Sam
