Silly of me to try to handle it myself. Nothing broken but quite hard gettin up in the morning. Doing exercise which will help. The doctor who took the x-rays was quite surprise that I hadden broken anything and asked me what I do to be in such good condition ( married to a 34 year old and drink scottch every night) His comment was" what ever you are doing keep it up!)
