M8: 2006 M9: 2009 M240: 2012. the next in that sequence if they adhere to it is 2015. First they will sell you an extra year of warranty. In this way, they can wait with the release of the next M until 2016... But lets face it. The M still is e very well build camera. "If things go wrong, it's going to be somewhat later on a different date." 3 "The cameras will be immediately available." 4 "If everything goes according to plan. " ? If the next M should be ready in early 2016 it will probably announced in early 2016 and hit the market at about that time. If the next M should be ready in late 2016 it will probably announced in late 2016 and hit the market at about that time.
