masjah Posted April 3, 2015 Share #4 Posted April 3, 2015 Nick, I particularly like the strong graphical elements inherent in this set. With respect to the second and third shots, it would be interesting to see how a visit to the dark side to straighten the slightly converging verticals would make then look. I am planning on using a couple f these in a forthcoming Cafe City (Rome) book, but have been waiting to do a high res scan of the negs first. These scans were by my pro lab, who do a good job but they are only really big enough for web. I recently bought a Plustek 120 scanner for dedicated neg scanning, but don't get me started on the software glitches. They have had to send me at least one replacement but now promise, when I am back in the Uk, that the new software will work. If so, will make some good big scenes and then do some small tinkering...
