Advertisement Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Hi A miller, Take a look here Monday morning blues. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
XVarior Posted January 11, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 11, 2015 I can feel the cold but also the vibe and energy of those people. the proximity of the woman to your camera gives the shot a 3D effect and even more energy. She looks like been the subject of another shot of yours Adam! thanks for sharing.
A miller Posted January 11, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted January 11, 2015 Thanks, XV. The biggest challenge with shooting into the sunlight is the lack of contrast and color saturation that you get with the backlit subject. This photo defies this principle in a way, which is why I like it. Thanks again and all the best, Adam

sblitz Posted January 11, 2015 Share #6 Posted January 11, 2015 indeed, and for all who get in her way as well nice shot, love the sharp colors you get out of portra, mine are always more pastel like and reddish in hue.
A miller Posted January 11, 2015 Author Share #7 Posted January 11, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thanks, Steve. One sunny morning when you're not on your carribean jet ski we should meet at this spot and talk less and shoot more :).
XVarior Posted January 13, 2015 Share #8 Posted January 13, 2015 Thanks, XV. The biggest challenge with shooting into the sunlight is the lack of contrast and color saturation that you get with the backlit subject. This photo defies this principle in a way, which is why I like it. Thanks again and all the best, Adam When I get my mP I should consider a trip to NY so you can give me some valuable film-lessons :-)
