an interesting picture for many aspects in great lighting. The abandoned cars and the barn are providing a cinematic scenery and the moon as a star is a nice aspect .The faint aurora is adding a mysterious touch

Looking at this image again today I am surprised that it has not caused more comment and received more accolades.

I personally think it rates among the very best images that I have ever seen posted on LUF.

I like the photo, and this is in fact a scene I return to. There is something about the abandoned cars and barn in such surroundings. At this time it was full moon, so myself and a photo friend planned the shoot-out.

 

As wit some other nightscapes we used LED light to carefully paint foreground.

I love this. The abandoned cars make it -- creating a quite different, less 'picturesque' and more melancholy character. Marvellous.
