After almost a year of using a Fuji X-Pro I decided to take my M8 with me on a short trip to France after Christmas. It was like meeting an old friend that's not been seen for a while.

 

This was taken at the American cemetery overlooking Omaha beach in Normandy. Soeone was burning leaves, or similar, nearby and the smoke was drifting over this part of the cemetery.

Thanks. I think I'm back to the M8, though I'd like to get at least an M9 this year. The M8 has a minor problem with the SD card reader that Leica wanted £600 to repair, so I'm sticking with the un-repaired camera for the time being.
