likalar Posted December 14, 2014 Share #1 Posted December 14, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) M9, 50mm Summicron Thanks for looking. It was named "The Hotel" by locals. This simple barn-like wooden building was used to shelter big groups of seasonal workers on a peach farm in Georgia. The workers were provided meals in a dining room to the left. There was no running water or lights, and ventilation was poor. It was last used for such purposes in 1935, when the switch was made to smaller group houses that separate the men from the women. The metal cladding was added in recent years to help prevent wood decay. Thanks for having a look. Larry Welcome, dear visitor!
