Thanks all. Yes a very odd pair not so odd in SF and certainly usual enough for the hotel doorman to be interested in something else entirely. You can see the woman at the far left of the photo in the background. Another day in the life of a big city. But SF has a street life unlike those in the east. Perhaps it's the weather
