Finally the wattle is beginning to bloom, it's late this year for reasons best known to itself!

Thanks everybody. This particular tree is still quite young, (Acacia/wattle are a very short lived species) & is spectacular when fully in bloom, unfortunately this doesn't happen often, even well into Spring

we tend to have heavy frosts which frizzle the little puffballs. If I can catch it in full puff I will post another shot showing the entire tree, it needs perhaps another ten days of sun.
