Great shot. You've managed to put a face on the "Man in the Moon" :)

 

BTW, which lens adapter did you use. I'd love to try my 105 2.5 Ai on my M.

 

Photoskeptic, perhaps it’s possible to adapt your Nikon lens 2.5 - 105 mm Ai to your M-240 with this Novoflex Adapter LEM/NIK NT

Please have a look at https://www.novoflex.com/index.php and ask other owners of Leica-M-240 and Nikon lenses.

 

The photo was taken by M8.2 and an old Nikkor-P.C. 2.5 - 105 mm ltm lens, which has an M39-screw mount.

The Leica M8.2 is connected to the Nikkor-P.C. 2.5 - 105 mm ltm by an M39 ltm screw mount to Leica-M adapter for 90 mm lenses, which is in the middle of the illustration.
