hunterspoint Posted August 2, 2014 Share #1 Posted August 2, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Occasionally when I turn the knob to change the F stop nothing happens. Just now I turned the camera off , then on and it started to work again. Has anyone experienced this. I made certain the screen was active , so that was not the problem.
Advertisement Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Hi hunterspoint, Take a look here Changing F stop on the Leica T. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pilot-kurt Posted August 2, 2014 Share #2 Posted August 2, 2014 The dials (and touch screen) on my first camera had intermittent problems, but my dealer exchanged it for a new one which seems to be OK now. I have the 23mm Summicron-T lens. If I'm using manual focus and change the focus, the display changes for approximately 5 seconds before returning to normal. During this time, I am unable to use either dial to make any changes. I believe this is a firmware issue that should be fixed. Related to this is DOF scale error which I previously posted.
thighslapper Posted August 2, 2014 Share #3 Posted August 2, 2014 Yes ...... I too had intermittent knob failure that was patternless and irritating - the camera was exchanged and the current one has worked perfectly from day 1.....

Guest badbob Posted August 5, 2014 Share #5 Posted August 5, 2014 I've set up the User-1, 2, and 3 settings now so in case something gets bumped or otherwise changes, I just tap my saved setting.
