The Gentleman with the Salvador Dali Moustache.

This gent was contentedly puffing away at the Chap Olympiad when I noticed his rather splendid moustache that was waxed in the style of the great Salvador Dali. The Chap Olympiad is an opportunity for those who hold dear the memories of bygone times, especially the 1930's and 1940's, to dress up, meet and participate in an array of tongue-in-cheek gentrified events such as Brolly Jousting, Butler Surfing, Not Playing Tennis, Moustache Tug-of-War, and Swooning.

Dave, LOL, I agree with you completely - I hadn't thought of it until you mentioned it but Toulouse Lautrec is spot on.:D
