Hi, Dee - I've been printing MM shots @ 9x13.5, though of course they'd go much larger without deterioration in IQ. MM printing is a challenge because the files are so rich and offer so many possibilities. The fun and challenge with this one was to bring out all the highlight detail.

This is one incredibly beautiful photograph. I find shooting in fog very challenging but you've managed to hold just the right contrast without sacrificing the soft, dreamy tones. Great shot. If it was my image it would be on my wall big.

Re: pp: I've been using Tony Kuyper's luminosity masks that are sort of like the Zone System. They don't quite mesh with Ansel Adams' Zones, but they do let you pick out a narrow range of tones in a BW image for lightening/darkening.
