Tom - I used the 28mm summaron, which is a tiny pancake-like screw mount lens with f5.6 as the widest aperture. It's a bit overwhelmingly contrasty, which doesn't work so great on stark sunny days, but works quite interestingly on other days

Great photo and lovely textures but I'm quite drawn to the wall.

Yeah, isn't it a great wall?! It's the famous Federal Reserve building; one of my favorite walls in NYC; great scale, tones and texture....:)

Yes it's impressive, as though it was an ancient monument carved from blocks of sandstone by the Egyptians, or Starfleet Headquarters.
