TomB_tx Posted June 2, 2014 Share #3 Â Posted June 2, 2014 Because nearly all lenses (that I've tested at least) have some focus shift to the rear as they are stopped down, it makes sense to have setting tolerance to the front, or the shift to the rear would be more problematic.
