satureyes Posted May 23, 2014 Share #1 Â Posted May 23, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Can anyone clarify what the difference is with the new Macro M adapter - and the OUFRO? I assume they're similar and just a set of extension tubes but does the new M adapter actually have anything in it that makes it superior or that much different? Advertisement Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Hi satureyes, Take a look here NEW macro M adapter - Whats new?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
mmradman Posted May 23, 2014 Share #2 Â Posted May 23, 2014 New macro adapter is helicoid design which gives it variable and extended depth over the old fixed one. Most probably it is not RF coupled and focus will be dependant on EVF or live view, make it usable with new M and T cameras.

satureyes Posted May 23, 2014 Author Share #4 Â Posted May 23, 2014 There is another thread... Â Â Yes. That thread is about the 90mm f4. I'm asking about the adapter - assuming it will be sold separately and not the lens. Â Â Â Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
