all these hills here are clad in different shades of green. This is showing a typical local landscape with agriculture, and the new kind of trees in the backdrop.

Iduna,

How nice it is to see Spring appearing on the other side of the world,

with it's sense of life's renewal and gorgeous rich greens.

(Personally) I didn't think the items you have removed (in the second image)

were very intrusive as they were such a tiny part of the landscape as a whole.

Dee,

thanks a lot for your rich comment. In so far as our landscape is not heavily corrupted by these "landmarks" I agree with you. One has to reconsider from time to time and each case individually.

James,

yes, it was mainly the repairbrush in PSE . Thanks for your feedback. Nice that you like it.

Stuart,

thanks for taking part in this little discourse. Most people do not seem to be too much disturbed by the windmills.

Hello Iduna.

I like all these variety of different greens in your landscape .I agree with Paul to remove the windmills ,although they are not to abrasive .At any case .Both images are excellent.

Very often one sees whole wind farms appearing here in North America. In some cases they distort the view .Van Gogh would not have liked this! Greetings: John Basso.

John,

yes, indeed , there are many windparks here as well and this is more than a nuisance not only for a photographer but also under aspects of environment protection. I do not want to open this widely discussed theme but one aspect is being neglected. Here we have the problem that birds get into to trouble because their lungs cannot stand the underpressure of the air. They fall like a stone from e sky and die. This could be avoided simply by stopping the rotating blades for an hour per day when this type of bird is hunting. I read a report on this by a photpgrapher. Thanks very much for your comment.
