There seem to be a plethora of photos of flowers appearing in this section just now....so here are some more.

These little roses come from a rose bush of enormous antiquity, it has been sadly neglected and produces only very few of it's beautiful, tiny roses each Autumn.

It seems a bit sad to pick them at all as they only last a day or two in a vase before wilting. I suspect it may be species of old-fashioned English tea rose.
