Peter H Posted May 1, 2014 Share #1 Â Posted May 1, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) If you use the CV 12mm Heliar with your M (240), do you use a viewfinder or rely on the what the camera offers along with your judgement? Â LV can be helpful if you're comfortable working with LV, as can the EVF within the limitations of the one version that works with the M, so I'm wondering whether the nice-looking little circular Voigtlander 12mm VF might still have an important role. Â I have the lens but not the 12mm VF and am wondering whether at 60% of the cost of the lens it might still be a good thing to get.
Advertisement Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Hi Peter H, Take a look here 12mm Viewfinding. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
FlashGordonPhotography Posted May 1, 2014 Share #2 Â Posted May 1, 2014 I have the 12mm finder and was happy with it on my M9. I'm happier with an EVF2 on my M240. Â After a while you do get pretty good at just winging it, if you leave the finder at home. Â Gordon
