I have been neglecting my beautiful T ever since I had CL. So today, I decided to un-dust it.... First, I updated the firmware, and as you know, when you update the firmware, your whole setting disappears!... ( I hope it wont be the same with CL!!!) ... When setting up the camera, I completely forgot how to set up the magnifier for MF. After a long struggle, I finally made it! :)

But I must also admit that besides the camera beauty, I also love the straight forward of the interface.

Somehow, ( maybe because of the habit), I find focusing with Visoflex is easier than with CL 's EVF! ... I realized I could shoot faster with T. But there is no doubt that the IQ of CL/TL2 (sensor) is superior.

Some from today; T with Nikkor 50 mm, f/1.4

...

...

...

Nice pictures Louis!

Loving the 18mm on my T with just a wrist strap as a carry everywhere setup.

Edinburgh was very cold but clear & bright.

Now that I have had the TL2 for a while, I am pleased to state that the colors from this camera are just as good, if not better, than from the original T .

I think that once they de-commissioned these moorings, they used this awful purple paint that no one else would buy.  Rockland Maine.

Well, I don't think the paint's so bad.  Looks rather striking in the snow.  Nice picture.

TL2 and 35mm Summilux-TL . . .

From my last outing with the camera almost two months ago. Entire system has been ditched due to hot shoe unreliability, poor AF performance, and a difficult experience in getting Leica to honor their warranty.

I am happily reunited with my R-mount lenses, occasionally posting in the "Mandler magic" thread.  :)
