I normally only have time for photography when I'm on holidays and sadly ther's nothing planned in the forseeable future. This is the only photo I've taken with it in the last 4 months or so: http://www.leica-camera-user.com/showthread.php?t=233 So I've kinda decided to part with the camera and perhaps make a new acquisition when the time is right. So if there r anyone in the community interested in taking it off my hands, I'd be happy to make arrangements. BTW: I live in Sydney so if there're any locals who'd like to inspect it first hand... I'd b happy to arrange for that too.. I'll probably list it on ebay if needs b or if there are no takers here. Otherwise if there r any locals that can point me to any second hand camera dealers.. that'll be great too Anyways.. was also wondering about other's experinces with DSLR here. I've used both the Canon 20D and Nikon D100 fairly extensively though I don't own either. What I really liked about the LC1 was the arrangement of the controls, build and lens but not so much the high iso performance (I use iso100 jpeg almost all the time anyways and loved the results straight out of camera). I liked the high iso results from the 20D but prefer the ergonomics of the D100. Any thoughts about up-coming releases perhaps available in 2007? Considerations include the L1, D200 or the possible release of the Nikon D3H, Canon options and of course the Digital M (dare I dream of purchasing it hehe). I have no experience with rangefinders though. Also.. high MP is not really a big deal to me.. i don't really print that big. Sorry bout the long post. Judging by completed ebay listings.. they are generally exchanging hands for between $900 and $1000 USD so I guess that'll be a ball park figure. I suspect I won't get that much if I sold it to a local second-hand dealer but it might be less of a hassle. I guess I'll try listing it on ebay on the weekend when I get time to take some snaps of the actual camera. Going completely off-topic, can't believe the way the Socceroos lost I'm so devastated!!
