My friend has a small garden, in a perfect shelter from all atrocities of cold and nasty blowing winds. With a tripod I could not reach down to these small blossoms ithout trampling on small hedges. So nothing else helped but kneeling down, shoot handheld and placing a reflector to give some light from a hazy, almost overcast morning sky.

All with Olympus OMD EM5 + R 60 mm macro Elmarit.

Dee,

you are right, the object is there but the interpretation is something different. Thanks for liking these.

Ciao Iduna .... really like how you have portrayed these beauties , and the three different approaches you used ..... They give a strong and different feeling of their own mood !! Just beautiful.....

And the colors are very very good .

Best , Gianluca

Ece,

nice, you found words for what I wanted to express. Exactly - In fact they were so small and all looked down so from above it would have been nothing and I wanted to know what is below shimmering. There were also blewish dark ones which were extremely difficult to get but I'll post one perhaps.

Thanks for your nice comment, it is most welcome and appreciated.
