Yesterday I received my new 135mm lens from Ken Hansen and gave it a try with my faithful dog Isabella as a subject. 1.4x eyepiece, rangefinder focusing and Leica M240. I am really looking forward to using this lens for something other than snapshots.

very nice capture of a fine dog. The focus is nice, bokeh also and the details are great. I think mounted on a monopod it will be easier to shoot with this lens which seems to provide a wonderful output.

I think your monopod idea might be just the ticket.

Is that a wild dog or a domesticated pet? :D

Being a Norwegian Elkhound, Isabella's genetic legacy includes being one of the world's oldest breeds, perhaps second only to Siberian Huskies. Isabella's breed's connection to humans dates back at least 4,000 years.

First there were 7, but now 14 original ancient breeds that are very genetically close to the wolf, one of which is my Samoyed. 75mm Summilux.
