This was in Twickenham, one of the more affluent areas of London. I suspect it's just a 'trendy' window display for a shop selling hand made accessories for baby buggies to the yummy mummy's

James - Aah yes, you may well be right! Mind you, funny thing is that the haute bourgeoisie of Twick suffer from a continual inferiority complex because across the Thames, Richmond is sooo much more desirable, dear. Having lived in the area since the hippie days, I feel entitled to be above all this :-)
