Northwest Wanderer Posted January 13, 2014 Share #1 Posted January 13, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Most of the eagles at my local lake have left to continue on their winter migration. These two birds are enjoying the view from a favorite snag tree. Welcome, dear visitor! Northwest Wanderer Posted January 13, 2014 Author Share #3 Posted January 13, 2014 Thank you Iduna, The eagle viewing season is about over for this winter. The eagle population at the lake reached a high of 219 plus on one day. It is down to 59 birds today. It won't be long and they will have all left for warmer areas. It was enjoyable seeing these great birds. Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! Northwest Wanderer Posted January 13, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted January 13, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thank you Paul, Stuart & Leicatraveller. Paul, I just might have a shot or two left. Glad you find these images enjoyable. Stuart, You should find it interesting that I used a V-Lux 4 for my eagle images. It was nice to not have to lug my heavy Nikon gear and still get decent images. Leicatraveller, Glad you enjoyed the images.

allamande Posted January 22, 2014 Share #20 Posted January 22, 2014 Brent is right. You must surely have enough for a book, one that can keep us company during off season, until the eagles return. It's been a real treat to see your work with these birds. Ece
