There is no problem with a filter and the hood: since the filter thread is much narrower than the hood-diameter, they won't touch each others:

It's a new filter on the photo, but it will be the same with older ones, since they havn't changed.

I wonder the haestetic effect on my Summicron (identical to yours except my is black).

I guess as long as you're aware that those are designed to be used on black and white film, and you process accordingly - you'll have no problem.
