If you look closely there is a very thin layer of ice on the surface and the reflections so are much better than on water. NZDavid, you are right, the building is quite interesting for our architecural ambitions in our city and in good light it makes a nice effect.Thanks for your comment. Edgard, in special light one can enjoy a touch of harmony there and this place is frequented by people for relaxation. Thanks for your nice comment.
