Boxer 53 Posted November 21, 2013 Share #1 Posted November 21, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I really like my new M240, much more so than my M8.2, M9 or even my M6. I love the color and the functionality and I am totally surprised -- its better than I expected. Although I am only a dangerous amateur, perhaps the attached photo will bear out what this machine will do in a low light, quick snapshot. Welcome, dear visitor! george + Posted November 21, 2013 Share #3 Posted November 21, 2013 It is a great snapshot camera for us older non pros. This is Leo, doing his homework in a rather dark kitchen. Michael Geschlecht Posted November 22, 2013 Share #6 Posted November 22, 2013 (edited) Hello Everybody, Welcome to the Forum Boxer 53. Nice photos all. Perhaps light reflected off of an orange shirt on to a computer screen & a photographer who captured it accurately. The whites look perfectly white behind Leo's hair. At certain times of the day my kitchen looks yellow. Best Regards, Michael Edited November 22, 2013 by Michael Geschlecht
paulsydaus Posted November 22, 2013 Share #7 Posted November 22, 2013 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) I agree. To the O/P, this is a fairly common issue when shooting low light indoors. What you should do is slide the saturation down. But great post, thanks for sharing! A bit on the red/orange side I would say. Edited November 22, 2013 by paulsydaus

lct Posted November 22, 2013 Share #9 Posted November 22, 2013 I don't find any red oversaturation any more wih C1 since the last FU but i recall that LR4 was even worst before the FU in this respect and i seem to retrieve the same kind of excess in many pics from LR5 here but i may be wrong.
