I did this a few months ago(here), and it proved to be a fun exercise. I wanna try it again.

Just got notified we're heading to LaLaland (Hollywood) this evening. As is usual, I'll be taking the M9. My initial thought is to take the 50mm lux or the CV f/1.5 ltm (leaning more towards the CV), simply because as we all know the M9 leaves quite a bit to be desired for low light photography (and yes Mitch, I've been trying your preferred method of pushing ISO in post).

Without further delay, which ONE of the following lenses should I take:

A) 28 f/2.8 Leica Elmarit (current version)

B) 35 f/2.5 CV Skopar

C) 50 f/1.5 CV LTM

D) 75 f/2.5 CV Skopar

E) 90 f/2.8 Elmarit-M (latest version)

Before leaving, I'll update with which lens I'll be taking. And like last time, I'll post the pics here.

So what are you shooting and how will your natural style dictate what you would be best suited to take? If it were me, and I had your selection, I'd take the 28 and 75, and pack a flash.

I've no idea what I'll be shooting! Whatever seems interesting? Some pics of the familia but the cell phone will suffice for those (if need be). Two lens are not an option. Don't wanna try to change lenses and try keeping an eye on our 4 year old (wifey's gonna be sauced along with her friend). Don't wanna take a flash either for the reasons.

Besides, unless it's a paid assignment, I find one lens to be sufficient and present interesting challenges.
