platypus Posted October 18, 2013 Share #21  Posted October 18, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration)  The warm feeling you get is like making up with Leica after they have been naughty, but that warm feeling only came from them pissing up your leg in the first place.  Steve  Personally I have (thus far) had only pretty good experiences with the Camera Clinic, they give every impression of trying hard to do their best and of genuinely caring about their clients. In any event it would be unproductive and self defeating to create a situation of enmity with them as, for Leica owners living in Australia, they are the only game in town. Â Agreed, but I've had a number of problems in recent years, none of which should have happened. Some have clearly been due to Leica Germany and supply problems well beyond the control of Camera Clinic. They have always very up front about any problems, apologise, and do their best to make good ASAP. All of their staff are an absolute delight to deal with and very helpful. Â There has been no enimity, just frustration at times.

I suggest you bring your Monaro to Perth for some curb-crawling around Newcastle and Stirling streets, you find some extra "game" here that'll open you eyes........
