k-hawinkler Posted October 2, 2013 Share #2 Posted October 2, 2013 Iduna, Very nice images. Color just right, not too warm. B&W comes across to me as a very graphical image. Thanks.
pauledell Posted October 2, 2013 Share #3 Posted October 2, 2013 Iduna, Although the b&w is wonderful, I find the color version just right. Paul

platypus Posted October 3, 2013 Share #5 Posted October 3, 2013 Iduna, I must go against the flow of opinion and choose the b&w image, it is perfect!
Iduna Posted October 3, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted October 3, 2013 K.-H., yes, you may be right with the color version. Thanks for your time comparing and writing your opinion. Paul, thanks a lot for sharing this discussion. I am myself very undecided. Sometimes it is this or the other aspect being enforced by color and other by b&w. Bill, thanks for your part in this comparison. It is always helpful to get a feedback. Dee, thanks for your counterpart. This is what makes it interesting. The scenery was a beautiful soft light but the structures and textures were being meant for b&w. Good, that we can explore the progress of digital photography here.
