jandrews Posted September 22, 2013 Share #1  Posted September 22, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Last week, my wife and I were walking next to an estuary (between Courtenay and Comox on Vancouver Island). I began to examine the artisitic merits of some faded weatherboarding on a newly-reconstructed restaurant. My wife suddenly called me over and pointed out a violent thrashing in the water. It was quite far away (80 to 90 metres) but it was an opportunity to put the V-Lux 4 on burst mode. I don't know if the result, which still had to be cropped, has much photographic merit but maybe at times like that, maybe you should just "go for it"?  Jonathan Welcome, dear visitor! platypus Posted September 23, 2013 Share #7 Â Posted September 23, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I really like this, it has so much humour and is so cleverly cropped, the rippling reflections on the left of frame work really well!
