Gerard Posted September 14, 2013 Share #1 Â Posted September 14, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was going to ask a favour of any lucky soul out there who has a bunch of Leica M-mount 50's to shoot a series of images for me that would help me get a much better understanding of the unique look they each create. Specifically; a horizontal frame portrait taken at 1m, and at f2, with subject standing 2m in front of foliage, swapping between the Summilux ASPH FLE, Summicron APO, Noctilux 0.95 (in 'good' light and at min ISO). Â But then I thought it may be handy to open it up and have a thread where anyone in the market for a new lens could come and view shots taken consecutively of comparable scenes or set-ups, using various lenses of the same focal length. Â I appreciate that the hard work involved will fall on the few to help the many. But I'm sure any efforts will be much appreciated. Â Now then, who's first... ?
