krabat Posted July 24, 2006 Share #4 Posted July 24, 2006 Hullo Josef, I can confirm that the hood can be attached in the usual way when an UV filter is mounted. This applies also for the 69 mm polarising filter (Heliopan) I use. Although I have to be a little bit careful to not touch its surface, I can rotate the pol. filter using the index finger while the hood is attached. Regards, Peter. I was able to re-attach the lens hood with the 69MM UV filter already on the lens . . . there appears to be an indicator on the bottom part of the hood that matches a corresponding mark on the bottom of the lens itself, on the outermost ring.
