pauledell Posted September 9, 2013 Share #4 Posted September 9, 2013 Welcome and congratulations on getting the M-E. I hope you like it and work a lot with it. The pictures you have taken are good and thought provoking. The first picture has great composition with an almost geometrical arrangement of the people with the three women in the middle surrounded by a man on each side and a person with their backs turned at the ends. The second picture has a harsh contrast with little tonal separation but for this picture it seems to work well. I like how you captured the large crowd looking up to the sky except for the woman in the middle front with her arms crossed and staring ahead defiantly. The third shot looks like a photographer trying to capture a meteor shower. Paul
Karl G Posted September 9, 2013 Share #5 Posted September 9, 2013 Very nice job and it is a great camera. I enjoyed mine. I too, like the first two the best for the qualities that Paul described.

benedict297 Posted September 13, 2013 Author Share #7 Posted September 13, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thank you all for the kind words. I love the camera.. Had to take my Nikon out so I didnt feel guilty. it was quite straight forward, more so than I expected.. I did have a lot of misses but i guess its all part of learning. Thank you again.
