stickan1 Posted September 1, 2013 Share #1  Posted September 1, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Ravens are rather common where I am living and this morning I happened to find a dead roe deer with 6-8 ravens feeding. They didn't like my intrusion. Here are two images, shot with my Elmarit 28 mm and M240, both are cropped. There is something mythical with these birds and they have a role in the old viking myths.  Welcome, dear visitor! platypus Posted September 2, 2013 Share #5 Â Posted September 2, 2013 I think the crow is our version of the raven. They can be relied upon to clean up all sorts of gross stuff. Nice shots!
fotografr Posted September 2, 2013 Share #6 Â Posted September 2, 2013 Beautiful. The bird in the second image has a tail spread like an eagle or hawk.
